Course Description
A Purpose-Driven Future is an innovative 11-week social-emotional learning (SEL) and leadership development program for high school teachers and their students. This exciting program teaches students the fundamental competencies of SEL (i.e., self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making) while also instilling several character-building leadership skills necessary for entrepreneurship. The program format is flexible and easy to implement, with very little lesson planning or preparation required by the teacher.
Program Overview:
A Purpose-Driven Future uses evidence-based learning methods like critical questioning, project-based learning, and mentoring to move students to become self-aware and socially skilled leaders who approach their future with confidence.
